5-year-old Child Vertebral Column with Sacrum and Coccyx KO-323 In response to the expressed needs of those in the Physical Therapy field, we have designed our vertebral columns to exhibit realistic flexibility. The vertebral column consists of 24 true vertebrae plus the sacrum and coccyx. The first two cervical vertebrae are clearly different from the other vertebrae at birth and remain so throughout the lifespan.
