Great White Shark Teeth (Replica) Set of 23 KO-009-1 A set of 23 Great White Shark teeth; 1/2 of the first row of teeth (The complete first row is pictured) from our Great White Shark jaw, BC-095, which measures approximately 35 inches across and 29 inches high. The original specimen was caught off the Southern California coast and brought to Sea World in San Diego. It was prepared by Dr. Gordon Hubbell, a leading researcher of sharks who is often featured on The Discovery Channel. Dr. Hubbell estimates this shark to be a 19' female, and has said he knows of none found larger. We are grateful to Dr. Hubbell, who lent us this magnificent specimen to cast. The Great White Shark has 5 rows of 46 teeth for a total of 230. A Great White Shark can weigh as much as 7000 pounds. Set comes with either left or right side in a glass fronted riker box. Our Bone Clones® replica shark teeth capture the textural details of the originals, including fine serrations. Please check out the rest of our Teeth and Fangs category, as well as Related Products, below, for additional fossil and modern shark teeth and jaws. |
