Human Female European Skull with Calvarium Cut BC-150 By removing the calvarium, junior osteologists are able to learn the complex anatomy of the endocranium, especially including the pathways of the various foramina of the skull base, and the orbit. This skull of a European Female features a removable calvarium and spring hinged jaw. It is an exceptionally detailed, high quality skull, with all internal and external osteological structure and detail accurately and crisply reproduced, including internasal and median palatine sutures, foramen lacerum, foramen spinosum, foramen ovale, stylomastoid foramen, anterior and posterior ethmoidal foramen, and the foramina of the cribiform plate. Other details include the dorsum sellae and a clear distinction between the superior-posterior vomer and the body of the sphenoid. Stand sold separately. See S-BC-150 below. For comparative study, we also produce an excellent Human Male Calvarium Cut Skull, BC-212. We offer the Human Male and Female Calvarium Cut Skulls individually or as a comparison set BC-150-212.
